Lately, I have been browsing through some health foodie blogs, and everyone loves to blog about their morning, afternoon, and evening oatmeal concoctions. The mushy oatmeal gray blobs range from oatmeal with bananas and almond butter to oatmeal with Greek yogurt and flax seed. I have no problem with oatmeal; it is a wonderful health food and has amazing benefits for the heart and body.
I enjoy oatmeal a few mornings each week, but don’t feel the need to blog about my mush. I only bring the most important and entertaining nutrition information to my readers. I will not bore you with my mushy oatmeal. Although there is one time I posted a recipe for slow cook oatmeal because of the genius idea of having a healthy breakfast ready for you when you wake up. Other than that, I refuse to bore my readers with plain Jane health foods. I will only post recipes and ideas that I deem tasty delicious fun health foods.

I am a fashion model and I love eating oatmeal for breakfast. It is one of my favorite healthy breakfast foods. I am going to check out the recipe you posted and see if I can notice the difference between what I make and slow cooked oatmeal. Thank you!
